AIVA

AIVA is an AI music composition engine designed specifically for scoring creative projects — films, video games, advertisements, podcasts, and corporate content. Unlike AI tools focused on pop songs with vocals, AIVA specializes in instrumental, orchestral, and scored music that serves visual and narrative content. AIVA was the first AI to be officially recognized as a composer by a music rights society (SACEM in France), a landmark moment for AI creativity. It can compose in 250+ styles including cinematic orchestral, electronic, jazz, ambient, classical, rock, and more. Users can generate compositions by selecting a style, mood, duration, and key signature, or by uploading a reference track to influence the stylistic direction. The Influence system allows fine-tuning by selecting from 1,000+ musical influences, from Beethoven to Hans Zimmer to Daft Punk. AIVA's editor allows non-musicians to adjust the generated composition: change instruments, modify the tempo, transpose keys, and tweak the structure using a timeline interface.
