LeadFlow Agent Pack is a lightweight pre-CRM workflow template for small service businesses, agencies, freelancers, and operators who receive leads from forms, ads, email exports, spreadsheets, Airtable, Notion, or CRM exports. It turns exported lead rows into priority, next action, reasons, and ready-to-edit reply drafts so a human can answer the best leads first before buying or configuring a full CRM. The starter demo uses deterministic local scoring and reply templates so buyers can test the workflow without paid AI API keys. It does not auto-send emails, include real customer data, or promise conversions. Custom async setup or OpenAI/Claude-assisted classification can be added separately when a real workflow needs it.
