Over 75% of the tools that are submitted to this site do not get approved. We personally curate which tools we'd like to list and which ones we don't.Here are the most common reasons we decide not to list certain tools:The same exact concept is already listed multiple times- We want to help people make decisions on which tools to use. If the same exact concept for a tool exists on the site a whole bunch already, we will likely not list it. Make your product standout from similar tools and resubmit.The website is low effort or has a poor user experience- If your site looks like it was created in 15-minutes by a 12-year old, we'll typically assume the tool you're promoting had the same effort put into it. If you want us to take you seriously, make sure you put some effort into making your website and user experience professional.Your product is not publicly available yet- If your product is in "waitlist" mode, please submit your product after it's launched and publicly available. We had too many tools create "waitlists" and then just never launch, effectively collecting emails without ever creating a product. We no longer accept products that are "waitlist only."Your website contains adult content- If your site has adult content and does not have filters turned on by default, we will not accept your site. This is meant to be a family friendly site.You're not actually submitting a tool- We don't share newsletters, new tool aggregators (sites that copy the Nextools concept), blogs, links directly to Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp bots, etc. We want to share software tools.Your site looks like a scam or has poor reviews- If our red-flag radars go off when looking at your site or your site has an overwhelming amount of poor reviews (for iOS, Android, Chrome apps, etc.), we likely won't list your tool.At the end of the day, we're trying to curate cool tools that we think will be helpful to people. We added a submission form to raise the likelihood that your tool is one we actually come across. But submission doesn't guarantee addition to the site. There are plenty of other tool aggregators out there that accept everything. We curate carefully.
