# Cluely

Cluely is a desktop AI assistant that sees your screen and hears your conversations to give you discreet, real-time help during live moments — sales calls, interviews, meetings, and study sessions. It runs as an invisible overlay that listens to the discussion and reads on-screen context, then surfaces suggested talking points, answers, definitions, and follow-up questions in the moment so you're never caught off guard. Originally launched around interview and meeting assistance, it has expanded into a general-purpose "assistant for everything you do on your computer," helping users recall facts, draft responses, and stay on track without alt-tabbing to a chatbot. The tool emphasizes low-latency, context-aware suggestions tied to whatever is happening on screen, and it sparked wide debate about AI assistance in real-time settings. Cluely targets salespeople, job seekers, students, and knowledge workers who want an always-available copilot during live conversations rather than after the fact.
